12. Can I receive photos and videos before shipment?
Yes. Transparency is non-negotiable for us. You will receive a comprehensive digital report including high-resolution photos and videos of your specific material selection before it is packed and loaded.
13. How do I know the delivered material will match the approved selection?
We use a “Selection Tagging” system where approved blocks or slab bundles are marked and documented. The photos/videos you approve are the exact items that will be loaded into your container.
14. What level of variation should I expect in natural stone?
Natural stone is a product of nature, and slight variations in veining and shade are part of its beauty. However, we minimize this by selecting materials from the same quarry layer or “block” to ensure the highest possible consistency for your project.
15. Can third-party inspections be arranged?

We use export-standard, heat-treated (ISPM-15) wooden crates or A-frames. Every slab or tile is secured with protective padding and heavy-duty strapping to prevent movement and breakage during transit.

We offer flexible shipping solutions based on the destination. For international sea freight, we primarily use 20ft containers (FCL) via major ports. For nearby destinations and regional markets, we arrange efficient road transportation using heavy-duty trucks to ensure faster and more direct delivery.
19. How are logistics routes selected?
We select routes based on speed, safety, and cost-efficiency. Our strategic location in Urmia allows us to utilize the Bazargan-Turkey corridor and the Mersin international port for efficient access to Europe and the Middle East.
